On January 28th, the membership of CHPOA held its Annual Meeting. At the meeting, there were many issues discussed that impact our community. Please refer to the minutes of that meetings for details. At the meeting, there were three new board members elected: Bev Martin, Denis Cavanagh, and Mark Fletcher. The new board elected officers: Rob Matthews (President), Art Hanson (Vice President), Bev Martin (Secretary) and Denis Cavanagh (Treasurer). I am also encouraged to report that the membership approved a budget that included many improvements to the community center and the landscaping, with emphasis on the roundabouts.
I am honored and excited to serve our community as we work towards fulfilling the mission of CHPOA.
The mission of CHPOA is to do, that within our power, those things that will maintain or
improve the quality of life and the property values in Cape Haze
