Communication/Internet (Xfinity) is still not up in many areas of Cape Haze. All other services are running smoothly. Besides waiting on insurance adjusters, roofers, screeners, etc., the biggest question is… when will Charlotte County/FEMA pickup all the yard debris?!?! Waste Management’s curbside collection recycling service will resume Monday, Oct. 31. The collection will be picking up regular household solid waste and recycling carts on the regularly scheduled days. Recycling must be in the recycling cart to be collected.
No yard trimmings or construction and demolition will be collected outside of storm debris right-of-way pickup until further notice.
